Beazley Scholarship

If you are undertaking an apprenticeship in plumbing and can demonstrate outstanding potential, this scholarship could assist with your study costs.

Value and duration

The scholarship provides $2000 as a one-off payment.


To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or a permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • be enrolled in a Certificate III in Plumbing at RMIT
  • can demonstrate leadership in your apprenticeship

This scholarship commemorates William Beazley, state member for Abbotsford and Speaker of the Legislative Assembly in the early twentieth century. He was a leading campaigner for the recognition of technical education and its acceptance in the community.
