VE program managers engage with industry and other stakeholders to ensure program viability and to identify business opportunities in the development of new training solutions for individuals and enterprises. They have oversight of student/client satisfaction at a program level. They also have a role in the management of student load profile, costing and budgeting.
This resource is designed to assist program managers working within a dynamic and often challenging environment framed by numerous external standards and regulations.
