Peer feedback on teaching
Peer feedback refers to the practice of having a peer observe and provide feedback, commentary, suggestions or review of teaching practice. At RMIT, we use two different approaches to peer feedback, each of which has a different purpose and uses varying tools and processes.
Peer partnerships
Peer partnerships provide feedback about teaching and learning for self-reflection and developmental purposes.
Peer review
Peer review provides evidence about learning and teaching for decision making about teaching awards and promotion.
