41. Pro-rata payment


Where an employee (other than a casual) is entitled to paid leave in accordance with this Agreement and the employee is employed on a part-time basis, the employee will not by reason of being a part-time employee be required to serve a longer period of service to qualify for any leave entitlement, or be granted any lesser period of leave, but will be paid pro-rata for any such leave.
