Collaboration set to make maintenance requests easier
Since late last year, ITS has been working in partnership with Property Services to deliver an important new maintenance and facilities service system (via Archibus).
The new web based system provides a better experience for logging requests and features integrated workflow – so Property Services will have improved visibility to better manage facilities and building contractors. And staff and students who request maintenance will be able to track the progress.
ITS project managed the solution implementation, worked closely with the vendor to deliver the web environment, load tested the system and ensured compliance around security and authentication. Better still, the project was delivered a month early! Property Services are looking to launch the new system in May.
