How to book rooms and resources
All RMIT Google users will be able to see all Melbourne and Vietnam resources (including students). No permissions can be setup to deter this. A role of the resource managers is to monitor the appropriate booking of resources.

Managing Google resources
Specific staff have been selected as managers for specific resource/s in Google.
Resource managers can:
- activate a setting so you receive notification when a booking is made, a change to a booking is made and a booking is deleted;
- create bookings directly into the resources calendar;
- modify / delete bookings that staff have made.

Resource request forms:
When you get an email about an event like a flight, concert, or restaurant reservation, it's added to your calendar automatically, complete with detail such as flight numbers and check-in times. These details are automatically updated when a new email is sent revising the details, like when a flight is delayed or a reservation pushed back.
If you don't want events from Gmail on your calendar, you can delete a single event, or change your settings so that events aren't added automatically.
