Course Description
The course aims to enrich your experience through linking academic areas of study with practical problem-solving. It also help you develop the ability to clearly describe research outcomes, and to vocalise such descriptions in the form of a verbal presentation.
Objectives/Learning Outcomes/Capability Development
This course is designed to help you adapt the mathematocal skills and knowlede aquired during you studies to more involved problems. This will include formulating and developing an appropriate stragedy for the solution of the problem.
Overview of Learning Activities
You will consult with members of staff who will act as supervisors for a specific project. The supervisor will give you guidance as to the techniques and methods needed to complete your project. The supervisor will also advise you on the structure of the report and proof-read the content..
