New RMIT student card for 2010

The new RMIT student card is now being issued to new students. The new card improves the student experience by being faster to issue resulting in quicker queues.

It also offers enhanced service to new and continuing eligible students with pre-printed transport concession forms generated with photos.

All new students for 2010 will be issued with the card when they visit the Hub. It has been a smooth transition to the new system with over 9250 new student cards already issued to date this year.

The new card has a refreshed look and is current for the duration of a student’s time studying at RMIT. Student cards held by existing students are still valid and will be phased out over the coming years.

More information including an image of the new card is available on the student cards web site.
