Geomatic Technologies Women in Geospatial Scholarship

If you are a high-achieving student enrolled full-time in a geospatial science or surveying degree, this scholarship could provide financial support during your studies.

Value and duration

The scholarship provides $8000 per year for the standard duration of your program (dependent upon academic performance).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be female
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident or permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • be enrolled full-time in Semester 1 and 2, 2017 in one of the following programs:
    • Bachelor of Science (Geospatial Science) (Honours) (BH117)
    • Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) (Honours) (BH116)
  • be able to demonstrate outstanding academic achievement.

Students who can demonstrate financial or educational disadvantage are strongly encouraged to apply.
