Need study money? You could be eligible for a scholarship.
The Coursework Scholarships Office has a range of equity and merit scholarships for commencing and continuing students available in Semester 2, 2016.
An RMIT scholarship could help you to overcome financial and educational disadvantage, as well as reward your commitment to study and academic achievement.
• The $1250 RMIT Study Support Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who can demonstrate disadvantage; come from a regional, rural or interstate area; live with a disability or long-term medical condition; are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; are from a non-English speaking background; and/or are a current or former refugee.
• The $8000 AusNet Services Women in Engineering Scholarship supports third-year, female electrical engineering students who will be entering their honours year in 2017. There is also the possibility of a 12-week paid work placement.
• The $4000 SEW-EURODRIVE Scholarship provides financial support to third-year electrical engineering students with an interest in electric drives, control and industrial automation engineering with the possibility of a 12-week paid work placement.
• The United Energy Scholarship provides up to $8000 for third-year electrical or computer and network engineering students who have achieved a GPA of 2.5 or higher in their program.
