The world is your campus

If you have got travel stories you want to show and experiences you want to tell, enter it into World Class Show and Tell short film competition and win big!

The competition

Universities Australia with the support of the Australian Government Department of Education is running a short film competition encouraging you to share your own stories about studying overseas.

When you take your learning outside the classroom and study overseas, you end up immersing yourself in new cultures, making friends from all over the world and improving your employment outcomes. It is these experiences that make great stories. Share yours and be rewarded.

All you need to do is to create and submit a short, entertaining 60-90 second film about your overseas study experience.

The competition is open to current or past students of a university, VET or private education institution who has studies overseas.

A $10,000 STA travel voucher will be awarded to the best video in the each of the following categories:

  • university student entrants
  • VET or private education institution entrants
  • past student (Alumni) entrants.

Winners will also be invited to attend a dinner that will showcase their winning entries at the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) Conference in March 2016.

The winning entries may also be used in further flights of advertising at the discretion of Universities Australia

  • Competition closes 20 December 2015
  • Winners announced February 2016
