Indonesian street food flavours with a twist.

With Australia’s passionate love affair with the Indonesian holiday isle — with annual visitor numbers just under a million, it’s only natural that when they return home they have a craving for Indonesian street food, right?

The competition

Opened in April this year in our Swanston Academic Building, Kaki Lima offers you a quick and modern take on Indonesian street food.

‘Kaki Lima’ literally translated from bahasa, means ‘five feet’, referring to the pedestrian sidewalks that the hawkers and food carts would gather at, creating impromptu eating destinations, which were always five feet wide.

Currently, they are running an instagram competition where all you need to do is upload your Kaki Lima story on instagram and then tag @KakiLima.Au with the hashtag #Merdekakalima .

Two Gold Class passes

Competition finishes 17 August 2016.
