VE Qualification statement and Statement of attainment
A VE Qualification statement is issued once your school approves your completion of your vocational education program. The VE Qualification statement includes details of the units of competency achieved under nationally endorsed standards, or modules achieved under a nationally endorsed curriculum*. Achievements listed on VE Qualification statements are nationally recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). The VE Qualification statement is RMIT’s compliance document that satisfies the AQF requirements for issuance of a vocational education testamur.
A Statement of Attainment (see example) can be issued for partial completion of a vocational education program, or for completion of a skill set or accredited short course. It includes details of nationally recognised units of competency achieved under nationally endorsed standards, or modules achieved under a nationally endorsed curriculum*.
* Please note that your statement may not include competencies or modules completed before 2002. Before 2014 VE Qualification statements were known as Qualification statements.
