Student email lists

The student email system enables staff to email students using the Student EMS List Service (SELS).

These lists enable authorised staff to email students by:

  • course and program code
  • school
  • college
  • career (undergraduate / postgraduate / Vocational Education / preparatory / research / non award)
  • Plan by Program

Conditions of use

The Student EMS List Service is provided to support official teaching, learning and administrative activities. Staff eligible to use this service are required to observe their obligations as set out in the Acceptable use of information and communications technology resources policy.
