It’s simple – we organise weekly sport and fitness activities; you get to join in when you want. It’s friendly, fun, commitment-free, and best of all, free!

Join our coached swim session and improve your technique or just wind down for the day. Important: you must be able to swim.

Enter this casual volleyball tournament! Come as a team or as an individual and we'll find you a spot on a team to join the fun. All levels of ability are welcome!

Join this new aerobics class for women only.

Check out this realistic, fast and fun indoor golf experience with an hour of playing time on the golf simulators. Improve your swing or just have fun with your friends. There are drink specials, and every session you attend, your name goes into the draw to win a one-hour private lesson with a PGA professional golfer and set of golf clubs (prize valued at over $799)! Winner will be announced at final session, 26 May.

Body balance is a Les Mills pre-choreographed class that combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates techniques to build flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.
11.45am–12.30pm, Brunswick Baths
RPM cycle class
Take part in this high-energy, fast-paced cycle class run by a qualified cycle trainer.
10.30–11.15am, Brunswick Baths.
Whether you’ve got game or are new to squash, come join us!
12–1 pm, Fitzy Gym Brunswick.
Classes incorporate sun salutations, strength building poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Every class brings a different sequence from the one before.
