Course Description

The purpose of this module is to provide the student with the skills, ability and knowledge necessary to identify principles of levelling.

Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

Pre-requisites:
VBM985 Building and construction industry induction.
The module VBN987 Plumbing industry induction may be accepted as an alternative prerequisite to VBM985 Building and construction industry induction.
VBM986 Workplace documents and plans.
The module VBN989 Technical drawing and plan development for plumbing may be accepted as an alternative prerequisite to VBM986 Workplace documents and plans.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment may incorporate a variety of methods including written/oral activities and demonstration of practical skills to the relevant industry standards.
Participants are advised that they are likely to be asked to personally demonstrate their assessment activities to their teacher/assessor.  Feedback will be provided throughout the course.
