Course Description

In this course you will cover the competency required to identify plumbing pipes, plumbing fittings and plumbing fixtures, including fastening, as part of a variety of simulated plumbing jobs (that is, jobs that will not actually have water or gas connected) and in accordance with job, organisational and legal requirements.

Registration and/or licensing requirements are applicable to undertake tasks associated with this unit. A person who carries out plumbing work in Victoria must be registered or licensed with the Victorian Building Authority (or working under supervision).
