Course Description

This unit covers maintaining and repairing multi stage, cascade cryogenic and ultra-cold industrial refrigeration systems. It includes interpreting drawings and diagrams of complex industrial refrigeration systems; utilising fault finding procedures and test equipment to identify and diagnose faults in systems; isolating faulty components; and rectifying common faults.
