This unit covers applying principles of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the workplace and undertaking a safety risk assessment for the employee’s area of responsibility.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment may incorporate a variety of methods including written/oral activities and demonstration of practical skills to the relevant industry standards.
