This course covers providing quotations for installation and service work not exceeding $20k. It encompasses following job specification, using manufacturer catalogues, making telephone, internet or email enquiries, selecting compliance materials, pricing materials and labour costs, completing the necessary quotation documentation and applying the necessary customer relations protocols.
