Course Description

This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to install gas detection equipment to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems in water craft. The unit requires determining the design of an LPG detection system, confirming that it complies with standards, and then installing and testing it. The design requirements of this unit are limited to the application of the design to layout and installation.
