A person who demonstrates competence in this unit must be able to provide evidence of the ability to demonstrate to calculate net explosive quantity, apply compatibility constraints, mark the packaging with internationally recognised coding and maintain a range of documentation. Whilst observing all relevant policies and procedures within an organisation.
