Course Description

This unit describes the communication and work practice skills and knowledge required to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the health industry context

Assessment Matrix

This competency will be assessed in conjunction with “culturally diverse clients and co-workers”. Assignment will be handed out at the commencement of the course, for completion once all the hours have been delivered
The assignment will constitute 100% of the required marks for both competencies
Observation and assessment of clinical competencies will be ongoing during clinical placements
To achieve competency assignment must be completed by due date and related clinical competencies achieved
