Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to respond effectively to behaviours of concern in clients and others.
These skills are associated with handling difficult incidents rather than managing ongoing behaviours. This course is contextualised to reflect requirements, issues and practices specific to allied health workplaces.
