Course Description
This course illustrates the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a health setting with clients, staff, visitors, suppliers and others to meet established work requirements.

Teaching Schedule
The delivery design of this course allows this module to be delivered as face to face class for two sessions of 3 hours each( for the details of dates,please refer to your timetable) followed by ongoing online support through RMIT learning hub.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment will be completing case studies and responding to different activities to address appropriate application of knowledge for this course.
Assessment Tasks
The assessment will be competency based. You will need to be competent in all assessment tasks to be deemed competent in the course.
