Assessment is in the form of a portfolio clustered for the two units, TAEDEL402 Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace and CHCORG627B Provide mentoring support to colleagues, which comprises of workplace training and mentoring for two different learniers and short answer questions for TAEDEL402 and CHCORG627B.
