Course Description

This unit covers the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a standard CAD software package, using basic features, in order to prepare simple engineering drawings to AS 1100.

Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

EDX060B – Prepare basic mechanical and structural engineering drawings to AS 1100 (can be undertaken concurrently)
EDX150B – Use standard computer applications (can be undertaken concurrently)
