Course Description
This course aims to teach the knowledge and skills required to implement nursing care plans for individual clients and evaluate the care provided in a range of health environments.
Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities
This unit should be delivered concurrently with HLTEN503A Contribute to client assessment and developing care plans.
This unit should be assessed after successful achievement of pre-requisite:
HLTAP401B Confirm physical health status.

Learning Outcomes

Assessment is via assignment case study due on the final session.
