Learning Outcomes

In this course you will study how to develop and manage a case management plan for a client including supporting the client and their family, conflict resolution, manage case work activities and processes and how to conduct case management meetings.

1. Case File and Group Presentations (Case Management Meeting)
2. Client documentation (Individual Development Plan and Progress Report)
