Course Description

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement a business plan and modify operations as required.

It applies to individuals who operate a small business which stands alone, or is part of a department within a larger organisation. Individuals in this role are skilful communicators and interpret numerical data with ease.

No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

During this course you will attend a 3 hour class for 8 weeks commencing from 10/09/2018.

During the class you will learn and discuss various aspects of business practice relating to running a remedial massage business.

You will make a financial plan of 1 year of trading.

You will research the current market and relate all research to your business plan
