Course Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to obtain and interpret information about client health status and to check a client’s physical health. It requires a detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
This unit applies to individuals working directly with clients and who assist in the provision of health care services. Some disciplines may be subject to state/territory regulatory determination regarding delegation and supervision.

The tasks to be assessed within this unit replicate the necessary skills and knowledge required to confirm physical health status within the industry.

The assessment tasks will include-
1. Written assessments/ online quizzes Due on 15/06/16
3. Workplace performance through evidence guide at student clinical. See clinic manual. Must be completed prior to final clinic shift in Semester 1.
The students will receive satisfactory/ not satisfactory result for each assessment task. The students can receive Competency achieved/ Not yet competent result for this competency.
The students are required to receive satisfactory result in each task to receive a competency achieved results for this competency
