Course Description

The purpose of this course is to provide training to enable participants to create, promote and maintain environments where quality, productivity enhancement and continuous improvement are integral to the culture, systems and processes of the organisation.
The course focuses on the implementations, statistical concepts, team management and interpretation of data through quality management and continuous improvement concepts and applications.
