Course Description
The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to develop an approach to continuous improvement in engineering.

On completion of this module the learner should be able to:
1. Describe how individuals, enterprises and nations apply continuous improvement to productivity, quality and product design.
2. Describe differing approaches to problem identification and solving.

4. Describe changes in the workplace to support innovative staff and help them make improvements.
5. Describe ways to stabilize a change for a period of time before the next improvement.
