Course Description

This unit specifies the outcomes required to plan and manage the introduction and facilitation of change. Particular emphasis is on the development of creative and flexible approaches, and managing emerging opportunities and challenges.

Overview of Assessment

Progressive assessments will include oral and written demonstration, simulation role-plays, computer assisted learning, observation of group discussions, assignment and projects. Practical work will be assessed under conditions which simulate the normal work environment.
