2018 Enrolment Program Structure

To graduate you must complete the following:

AND  Year Two of the Program
 

The program comprises of sixteen (16) courses 12 Credit Points each.

 

You will complete four (4) courses each semester for four semesters.

Year One of the Program

If you are a commencing student you should enrol in the four (4) Semester One courses as specified below before continuing with the Semester Two courses.

 

You will complete the remaining twelve (12) courses in the next three (3) semesters.

 

It is highly recomended that you repeat any failed course(s) in the next available semester.

Year Two of the Program

If you are a continuing student, please enrol in three (3) core course and one (1) general elective for Semester 1 and enrol in four (4) courses for Semester 2.

 

If you are an onshore international student your visa conditions require you to maintain a full enrolment load at all times unless you have a reduced load approved from the College of Business.

 

Some courses needed for completion may not be available or produce timetable clashes with other study. Once your timetable is available check for clashes and adjust your enrolment accordingly.

Enrolment Load

The maximum standard enrolment load per semester is 48 credit points. You will only be permitted to exceed the standard approved program enrolment load if it is your final semester.

 

Credit and Pathways

If you have completed an RMIT College of Business Vocational Education program and you are continuing your studies into an RMIT College of Business Higher Education program, you will be eligible to receive advanced standing for approved courses. Please refer to the College of Business Advanced Standing webpage for more information.

If you have other previous learning or experience, you can apply for credit to count toward your RMIT program. Please read the information provided on the Apply for Credit web page.
