Why can’t I see the timetable? 

If you cannot see your courses in the timetable, then it may not have been released yet. Also, note you must wait up to 2 hours after adding classes in Enrolment Online for it to appear in myTimetable. 

My classes clash in myTimetable. What do I do? 

You may have incorrectly enrolled in Enrolment Online, and this is making your timetable clash. Please refer to the instructions on this page to change your enrolment via Enrolment Online. If this hasn’t resolved your clash, please contact Student Connect.

Year One of Program

To be eligible to graduate from this program you need to enrol and complete seven (7) core units and one (1) program elective for Year One. 
 

Commencing Students 

New students commencing in Semester 1, 2024 must add classes in their Section code: PWE1 (for 1st year students).

 

Full-Time Continuing Students 

Students who commenced in Semester 2 2023 must enrol into the Section Code PWE1 for Semester 1, 2024 and PWE2 for Semester 2, 2024. 

Make sure you choose classes that do not happen at the same time as each other. If you choose classes from more than one group/class section, check the timetable prior to classes starting to avoid a timetable clash. If you need to repeat any course, please seek academic advice from your Program Coordinator(s) before you re-enrol.  
 

Part-Time Students 

If you are studying part-time, please check with the Program Coordinators, Sarah Vincent or Dzintra Boyd for a part-time study plan.
