C5398 Courses

New students commencing in February 2021

New students commencing in Semester 1, 2021 will have their group/class section preselected. Please add the courses that have been preselected for you.

If your courses are not preselected, you can enrol into one of the following class sections: AT1A or AT1B

Make sure that every class you enrol into has the same section code.  A correct full time enrolment =  16 courses

If you are a Trainee, you will need to enrol into the following class section: AT1T
A correct enrolment = 7 courses

If you require academic advice please get in touch with the Senior Educator or Program Manager prior to enrolment. It is your responsibility to enrol correctly in order to graduate.

Pre-Requisite
Please refer to your program structure as it is your responsibility to be enrolled in all pre requisite courses.

Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
If you have any enquiries regarding credit transfer or recognition of prior learning towards your program from an external training organisation please click here for instructions on how to apply.

FAQs

Why can’t I see the timetable?
If you cannot see your courses in the timetable then it is not yet available. If your courses were preselected for you then please be assured that your classes will not clash.

My courses weren’t preselected for me. How do I make sure they don’t clash?
If your courses have not been pre-selected for you in EOL, please carefully follow the instructions above and choose classes from the correct class section to ensure you don't have any clashes. If you are repeating any classes, follow instructions from your Program Manager regarding which classes to enrol in.

I have accidentally enrolled in classes that clash – what do I do?
Please check your timetable again at least two weeks before the start of your classes. If you find that any of your classes clash, you will need to drop the incorrect class and enrol in a replacement class. Please contact your Program Manager to confirm which classes to drop and add.

Your Program manager is William Lau and their email address is william.lau@rmit.edu.au

If you can’t see the courses that you should be selecting, please contact Academic Services via the RMIT Connect Student Portal

COVID-19
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff in response to State and Commonwealth government COVID-19 advice, from 22 March 2020 RMIT suspended face to face learning/teaching activities on its Australian campuses. RMIT is committed to supporting its students with studying from home arrangements via online learning until further notice. Face to face learning will resume as soon as viable and students will be supported to make this transition. If arrangements are being made for you to complete specific practical activities during this current period of online learning then you will be contacted.
