The Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management is certified by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia (CILTA) as meeting the educational requirements of Chartered Membership (CMILT).

The Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management is also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).

Students of the Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management are eligible for student membership. By selecting appropriate courses, graduates of the program may be eligible for affiliate membership of CIPS.

For graduates to be eligible for CIPS affiliate membership the following conditions must be met:

All units must be successfully passed – no exemptions or condonements
The following two electives must be taken:

  • BUSM1474  Managing Supply Contracts
  • OMGT2236  Strategic Procurement Management

The third elective must be taken from the following list:

  • OMGT1236  e-Business Supply Chains
  • BUSM3882  Logistics Research Project
  • INTE1208    e-Procurement and Supply Chain Technologies

If BUSM3882 Logistics Research Project is taken as one of the electives, it must be conducted in a procurement and supply chain related area.
