Upon successful completion of this program, you will be able to:

  1. Identify and reflect on the influence, impact and diversity of the fashion industry in a local and/or global context.
  2. Investigate and interpret historical and contemporary trends in design, materials, and trims in fashion locally and globally.
  3. Work creatively to apply solutions to fashion design, production and distribution issues within sustainable, ethical and socially responsible frameworks.
  4. Develop and communicate innovative fashion products and business strategies to peers and prospective clients, employing current digital tools and emerging technologies.
  5. Apply initiative and judgement in planning, problem-solving and decision-making in your own work and in collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrate technical and analytical skills when identifying and responding to problems in a variety of contexts within the fashion industry.
  7. Collaborate and contribute responsibly in diverse settings, demonstrating cultural, environmental and social awareness.
