Learning outcomes

Statement of capabilities

The BBus (Mgt) has been designed to develop graduate capability outcomes. This is an innovative approach to curriculum development where courses are developed to enhance students’ general capabilities (problem solving, communication, reflective practice) and specific knowledge capabilities that graduates will require if they are to meet the current and future needs and expectations of society and the workplace.
Traditionally curriculum development focuses on content input rather than capability output.
