In line with RMIT University’s mission to “create and disseminate knowledge to meet the needs of industry and community and foster in students the skills and passion to contribute to and engage with the world”, the Bachelor of Business (Logistics & Supply Chain Management) (BBus (LSCM) ) program is designed to prepare you for a professional career in Logistics and Supply Chain Management to meet the evolving challenges of a rapidly “globalising” logistics and supply chain industry.
The program will prepare you with the required supply chain management and general business skills, knowledge, understanding of underlying principles and concepts to enable you to immediately contribute to organisational objectives at the appropriate entry level. As a graduate of the program you will be able to understand the interdependence of contemporary global and regional logistics and supply chain management issues and be able to apply your knowledge to handle business problems in the “global” market place while displaying leadership and business acumen in your professional activities and business decisions.
Embedded in the BBus (LSCM) program is opportunity to practise and expand business skills and knowledge through work integrated learning courses where you will apply your discipline knowledge to a workplace or a simulated business environment.

Entrance requirements
- 2 GCE ‘A’ level with a credit pass in General Paper at ‘AO’ level (prior to 2008) or
- 2 H2 level passes with a pass in GP or Knowledge and Inquiry or
- SIM's Diploma in Management Studies (Business Diploma) or
- 3-year professional diploma from a Polytechnic Institution at Singapore with a credit in English at GCE ‘O’ Level and
- Completed National Service (if applicable)
English Language requirement
All students must provide evidence of one of the following:
- IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6)
- TOEFL paper based 580 (TWE 4.5+)
- TOEFL computer based 237 (TWE 4.5+)
- equivalent RMIT English Worldwide Advanced level 2
The requirement for English language testing may be waived for students who have successfully completed, where English is the language of teaching and assessment, either: * at least the equivalent of one year of a university degree within the past two years OR * at least the equivalent of a two year tertiary program within the past five years of at least AQF Level 5.
Exemptions
Exemptions may be granted based on individual applicant’s prior qualifications. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In Australia, successful completion of the program entitles graduates to membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) in Australia. CILT also provides strong and active support for the program. Another important industry association supporting the program is the Logistics Association of Australia.

Once you are enrolled as a student in this program you will need to allow for expenses other than university tuition fees. Additional expenses may relate to the purchase of lecture notes, textbooks, stationery, consumables such as printer paper, fees levied by commercial internet service providers for internet access outside of the university campus, and other relevant costs.
