Program Learning Outcomes Statement

As a graduate of this program you will be able to:

  1. Articulate and apply significant knowledge of narrative, visual and interactive media through contemporary studio forms, systems and devices.
  2. Apply professional skills and self-determination to realise relevant solutions in motion, game and interaction design that are effective and flexible.
  3. Acquire and apply knowledge of local and international perspectives and issues about contemporary animation, game and interactive media practice.
  4. Employ appropriate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to solve problems associated with creative animated and interactive works.
  5. Effectively and professionally communicate your ideas to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  6. Work collaboratively to plan and produce animation, game and interactive media projects.
  7. Critically reflect on your work to demonstrate autonomy, good judgment and ethical responsibility.
  8. Undertake research into contemporary animation and interactive media theory and practice to explore possible industry and career directions.
