This unit describes the outcomes required to demonstrate leadership & professional competence when managing construction operations.
The competence will apply to management responsibilities to enhance decession making and development of trust,confidence and respect with teams.

The assessment is designed to improve your leadership and organisational skills enhancing the decession making process and boosting your ability to address diveristy within the workplace
The assessment requires students to Prepare a personal, detailed and specific career development plan and to Identify and discuss the implementation of work place cultural improvement initiatives to create a positive work environment.
