This unit specifies the outcomes required to effectively design and develop a systematice approach to managing OHS, which covers the systems, documentation, stratergies and plans necessary to manage OHS and its eveluation in the workplace

Learning Outcomes
Students will develop an understanding and firm knowledge of policy & procedures with the OHS arena that will assist them in conducting audits and proceducing a copy of a construction company OHSMS Policy Manual.
Students will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of legisaltion and workplace requirement to forfill the fundamental elements of an OHSMS.
Student will posess the relivant skills to discuss and act on behalf to their firm in matters relating to compliance with Part 5.1 of the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2007
Overview of Assessment
This unit has one major written component of assessment couple by research on OHS principles.
Student are required to produce a detailed Audit Report of OHSMS and Project OHS Coordination Plan
