Course Description

In this unit you will develop the basic knowledge and skills required to create user documentation that is clear to the target audience, and is easy to navigate. The documentation may be based on a review of software and/or hardware.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment tasks will include practical computer-based tasks and in-class exercises in the designated workshop.

You will be provided with feedback throughout the session in order to check your progress.

You will also be expected to complete follow-up tasks including research, and produce written documentation.
