Course Description

In this unit you will develop the basic knowledge and skills required to perform a range of diagnostic tests on the operating system. This will include but is not limited to virus scanning.

Assessment tasks will include practical computer-based tasks and in-class exercises in the designated workshop.

You will be provided with feedback throughout the session in order to check your progress.

You will also be expected to complete follow-up tasks including research, and produce written documentation.
