Course Description
In this unit you will develop the basic knowledge and skills required in implementing new or upgraded technology. Both equipment upgrades and software upgrades will be examined.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment tasks will include practical computer-based tasks and in-class exercises in the designated workshop.
You will be provided with feedback throughout the session in order to check your progress.
You will also be expected to complete follow-up tasks including research, and produce written documentation.
