This course will provide the learner to develop knowledge & skills and able to:
• The function of the Supervisor on Building Sites in regard to profit.
• An understanding of Team Leadership and its benefits in site supervision.
• An understanding of the planning requirement for site activities.
• An understanding of the organisational procedures required for on site operations
• An understanding of the application combining the skills of planning and organising to achieve site control.
• Sound communication techniques which are the most important single factor in successful site supervision.
• How self managed teams form the important link in personnel and resource control.
