Course Description
To develop the learners’ ability to resolve construction problems in single storey and low rise residential buildings.

Learning Outcomes
This course will provide the learner to develop the knowledge & skills and able to:
• Resolve construction problems in relation to construction techniques/methods and the use/application of materials.
• Resolve construction problems using alternative construction methods.
• Solve on-site problems which can commonly occur with building materials used in residential scale buildings
