Course Description
To provide learners with skills, knowledge and attitudes to become competent to:
• Set up machines for production changes in a TCF enterprise.
Machines may be from the following areas of textile manufacturing:
• Spinning- fibre preparation, carding, drawing, spinning
• Dyeing, scouring, bleaching
• Fabric forming – yarn preparation, weaving looms, knitting machines
